Any problems and safety

If anyone has problems using the blog, then you can email me using the blog to my email address which is 107409@pembrokeshire.ac.uk. I would advice you to be careful using a blog due to identity theft you could stop this by not putting any personal details on your blog for example your full name, your address and passwords as such. A method which would be wise is to have a password that only you know and can access. With protecting your data make sure you save it efficiently and don’t let anyone use it. Make sure that the hardware and software is update due to failure of system so you can back up what you’ve saved.  Encrypting File System Encrypting File System (EFS) prevents unauthorized access to data by encrypting data as it is stored to disk. Both server and client data are protected, whether they are stored on mobile or desktop systems.

Then once opened this would be the finished product of opening and sending an attachment.
Then once opened would look like this <<<<
Then they would click the document at the bottom which is next to message it would load up or sometimes to would pick the appropriate programme to see the document with.
Then once youve sent the message it should look like this in someone else’s mailbox which ahs been opened then all they would do is open the message it would look like a normal message.
Then click yes to send item.
Then you click send like the sending process. Followed, by spell checker.

Then I wanted to send the document to Ben Elton which i explained but just to show you.
Once you have clicked email it will then straight away take you to your GroupWise with the document below then from going back to sending an email it’s basically the same process just the added little bits.

Then from doing the above you would click email which is highlighted in yellow.
To send an attachment the basic way is simple. For example I want to send this picture to someone so i click the start button at the left hand corner which I orange. I then go down and click send then it will come up with a menu.

Then once you completed spell checker and you are happy with your message then it will say DO YOU WANT TO SEND THE MESSAGE?  Then of course if you want to send you would click yes then you have completed sending and creating and email.
Then after you have put your content in which you want to send. There is a clear SEND button which you click which you can see in the bottom slide the end result in sending and creating a message via GroupWise. Once you have clicked that a spell checker will appear to make sure you are happy with your message that you are sending.

Then after putting your name in the from box you would put a name or person that you would like to send that message to in the to box “BEN ELTON” is in the to box so Frankie Owen will be sending a message to Ben Elton.
After clicking with the mouse, new mail this box will appear which has the purpose of understanding who you are going to send an email to. In the box where it has FRANKIE OWEN that is who is going to be sending the message to whoever that person wanted to send a message to. The box which has “subject” in front of it simply means for example if you were going to send a message to someone about flowers you may put “flowers” daises” poppies” etc. CC means copying it twice so if you wanted to send this certain message to Gary and Mary then you would press CC but if you wanted to have a BC which means blind copy would mean you would send a message to Gary but Mary wouldn’t know you had sent that message to him.

Then after seeing the top slide you would then click on the text that says “NEW MAIL” as you can see clearly in the print screen.
To send an email via GroupWise, you will have seen this before as you’ve already downloaded GroupWise on to your machine. You will see mailbox. But I am basically telling you that this is what it should look like.
